Bike Shop Warehouse is an authorized dealer for each brand of bicycle sold on this site. Each buyer receives a full and valid warranty with their purchase. Thank you for your payment. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. The bikes ship via ground and take from 3 to 7 business days to arrive.

When your purchase is delivered:
1) Keep all packaging. Check for damage or missing items.
For any issues, please, contact us right away and we'll make things right or you may return for refund

2) Make sure it's what you want. Let us know if there are any questions.

3) Final Step is Assembly. All bikes require some assembly and it's relatively simple. Minor truing of wheels is normal. Even pre-installed parts should be checked, tightened and adjusted as appropriate.
