How much is shipping? Shipping within the Continental US is FREE! Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is $189.00. This is for FedEx Ground. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need expedited shipping. Please note that due to the size of the box, expedited shipping is quite expensive. Our goal, at is to always offer the best value.

Does my bike have a warranty? is an authorized dealer for each brand of bicycle sold on this site. Each buyer receives a full and valid warranty with their purchase. There are no warranty cards to fill out and send in to the manufacturer. We register each warranty with the manufacturer once payment has been received.

How much assembly is required? You or your local bike shop must install, adjust, and inspect the following:

  • Install saddle to seat post and seat post to frame
  • Install handlebar onto stem and stem onto fork
  • Adjust headset
  • Install front wheel into fork
  • Install pedals to crank arms
  • Inspect cranks and bottom bracket
  • Connect and adjust front brake calipers
  • Adjust rear brake, front and rear derailleur's, and shifters
  • Inspect wheels for true and round condition and adjust (if necessary)
  • Install reflectors and inflate tires. recommends that a professional bicycle mechanic assemble and test your new bike before you ride it.

Do you ship outside of the US? I'm sorry, but no. Due to contractual agreements with manufacturers we are only licensed to sell/ship in the US.

Can you ship to APO/FPO? We cannot, unfortunately. USPS regulations consider this an export now so we are prohibited from doing so.

How are the bikes shipped? The bikes are shipped FedEx ground and are fully insured.

Do you have to have a signature for delivery? Yes, we do. This will insure the delivery will not be left out for someone to take and it is required by Paypal and most credit cards on orders in excess of $500.00. It's really the best for all of our safety.

Can I have you ship to another location/party? We can only ship to the confirmed address that is in place for your credit card or Paypal account. This is necessary to insure your safety as well as ours.

Do I pay sales tax? We are required to collect and remit sales tax on orders shipping to these states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Buyers in other states can check with their state comptroller to see if they owe use tax or other fees.

What forms of payment are accepted? We accept Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal payments.

Is your site secure? Yes. In addition, we will only ship to the authorized address on your credit card or PayPal account.

Are you authorized by the manufacturer to sell these bikes? We are. At, we have a great relationship with all of our manufacturers. We are able to assist them in moving inventory that they really need to sell. This gives us the ability to offer you, our customer, a screaming deal. Everyone wins!

Why are your prices so low? In the bicycle biz there are always closeouts on various models as well as limited run bikes that we can purchase in large quantities for a very good price (especially since we can accommodate the manufacturer by taking all they have). Then there are 'special make-ups'. These are bikes that were spec'ed differently for a seller. If these sellers, for some reason, are unable to take delivery we will buy them. Overstock bikes are a problem for a manufacturer but not for us. We take them all at a great price and then offer them to you at a great price.

Are your bikes the same quality as in a bike shop? Absolutely ... as noted above, can buy large quantities of units that the manufacturer really needs to sell and get them at a great price. They are the same bikes that would go into bike shops around the world.

Can you help me choose the correct size bicycle? We can. If you would like assistance with choosing the correct size bicycle, please call or send us an email containing your height, inseam and the model bicycle you like. Any additional info you provide help ... age, gender, type of riding you plan to be doing (racing, touring, commuting, trails, muddy & bloody, etc) We're happy to offer suggestions on the size that would suit you best.

How long do you take to ship my bike? We understand that you want to get your new bike quickly. In most cases we will ship your bike within 2 business days (many orders ship in less than 24 hours). We, of course, take care in the warehouse to ship the correct bike in perfect packing. If there is any delay, we will notify you.

How long does delivery take? FedEx quotes up to six business days for delivery to the 'lower 48' states but it does vary depending your location. Of course shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer.

Return Policy

How Do I Return My Order?

We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Our bikes are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you or issue a refund. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. To return an item:

Please email and include your original order number, what bike you are returning, and your name. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA #). NOTE: Returns cannot be accepted without a RA #.

The bike must be returned in new condition and in the original box. If the bike has been used (worn tires and/or tool marks) a restocking fee will apply.

Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. Be sure to insure it for the full amount since you are responsible for it until it reaches us.

Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling.

What If My Bike Arrives Damaged?

Our bikes are specifically packaged to withstand shipping. If your bike arrives and looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will work with FedEx on your behalf and make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacement parts as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. We must receive notification of damage within 7 days, so please notify us immediately.
